What We Provide

At Notary Jo LLC, we provides traditional ink-and-roll fingerprinting on physical fingerprint cards. Fingerprints are manually captured with ink and placed on the appropriate paper card for you to submit to the requesting organization.

Before Booking Your Appointment

Contact the organization requesting your fingerprints and confirm:

Whether it accepts traditional ink fingerprints
The exact fingerprint card required
Whether you need an FD-258 or agency-specific card
The number of completed cards needed
Any identification or special instructions
Where and how the completed card must be submitted

What to Bring

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any fingerprint cards, forms, reference numbers, or instructions provided by the requesting organization.

Important

We captures fingerprints on physical cards but does not determine which card your organization requires or guarantee that an agency will accept a particular card. Customers are responsible for confirming requirements and submitting completed cards unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance.

How Ink Fingerprinting Works

1. Confirm Your Requirements

Before booking, confirm that the requesting organization accepts ink fingerprints, which physical card is required, how many cards you need, and where the completed cards must be submitted.

2. Complete Your Appointment

Bring your valid photo ID, required fingerprint cards, and agency instructions. Your fingerprints are carefully rolled in ink and placed in the appropriate boxes on each physical card.

3. Review and Submit Your Cards

The completed cards are reviewed for visible clarity and completeness. You receive the physical cards and submit them according to the requesting organization’s instructions.
